• Word of mouth
• Online search or social media
• Direct outreach from our team

To make sure we’re a good fit, we ask that you would complete the short wholesale application that covers:

• Your business type and how you plan to use the coffee
• Estimated order volume and frequency
• Preferred delivery/shipping methods

Email your application to coffee@addisoncoffee.com. Once your application is reviewed and approved, we’ll send you a pricing sheet tailored to your order volume and product needs.

• Wholesale pricing is available for businesses ordering 20+ lbs per month
• We strive for consistency in pricing, with as much notice as possible for any changes

You'll receive access to our online ordering portal, where you can:

• Place orders directly into our production queue
• Pay securely online
• Track and manage previous orders

Prefer to order by phone or email? No problem — just keep a payment method on file and we’ll charge it when your order ships.

Delivery & Shipping:

• Free local delivery for orders over $250 within 35 miles
• Otherwise, we charge $35 delivery or use UPS rates

Roast Schedule:

We roast coffee fresh weekly. To be included in our roast schedule, please submit your order by TUESDAY at 5:00 PM CST.

• Roast Dates: We roast coffee fresh for your order. We do not include roast dates, as coffee benefits from a short rest period post-roast.
• White Label: While we are super excited to partner with new wholesale customers, we are not currently onboarding new white label clients.
• Minimum Commitment: To qualify for wholesale pricing, you must consistently order 20+ lbs per month.
