Addison Coffee Roasters has come a long way since our early days in the mall, but one thing has never changed—our love for fresh, quality coffee and the incredible community that makes it all possible. Today, our Addison location is the heart of our operation, where we roast coffee daily on two roasters, ensuring every batch is packed with rich, fresh flavor.
More than just a roastery, this location is where we connect with the amazing customers who have made us what we are. Whether you've been picking up your favorite beans here for years or just discovered us, we are incredibly grateful for the support of our loyal retail customers who give this place its family-and-friends feel.
From this location, we also handle all production and ship coffee directly to our retail customers, local coffee shops, and several DFW H-E-B stores and Central Market locations.
While we don’t have a coffee shop here, we do have a retail space where you can stop by, browse our selection of single-origin coffees and blends, and take in the rich aroma of roasting beans.
Meet Patty - The Roasting Queen of Addison
Every great coffee roastery has a workhorse, and ours just happens to be a legend. Meet Patty, our beloved green U.S. Roaster, who’s been roasting up magic for years. She’s got stories to tell, beans to roast, and absolutely zero plans of slowing down.
Patty’s a bit of a diva—she likes to be babied, but only because she knows what she’s worth. You’ve got to have the right skill to run her, but when you do, she rewards you with perfect roasts every time.
Patty isn’t just a machine—she’s part of the Addison Coffee Roasters family. With her trusty burners and steady drum, she churns out batch after batch of rich, flavorful coffee, making sure every bean gets the perfect roast. Whether it’s a bold single origin or one of our signature blends, there’s a good chance Patty had a hand (or drum) in it.
