Half Caff
Sometimes you want another cup without quite so much caffeine. We created our Half Caff by pairing decaf coffee with La Flor del Café Antigua, a naturally sweet Guatemalan coffee that brings chocolate, caramel, and a touch of smoky sweetness to the cup. Smooth, balanced, and easygoing, it's the kind of coffee that works especially well for slower afternoons and evenings.

Why You'll Love It
Half Caff gives you a little of both worlds. La Flor del Café Antigua brings its natural sweetness and rich chocolate and caramel notes, while the decaf lets us dial back the caffeine without giving up a flavorful cup of coffee. It's relaxed, approachable, and a great option when full-caff feels like a little too much but you're definitely not done drinking coffee.
Brewing Recommendations
Half Caff is delicious brewed in a drip coffee maker, pour-over, French press, or AeroPress. It's also really good over ice, where its chocolate and caramel notes come through beautifully. And with dessert? Even better.
