Colombia
Colombia has been with us since the very beginning, back when Addison Coffee Roasters was a little shop in Prestonwood Mall. Around here, we think of it as our "Old Faithful." Smooth, dependable, and incredibly versatile, it's been a longtime favorite on its own and a reliable foundation for many of our blends. If you're ready to venture beyond grocery store coffee and discover what freshly roasted coffee can taste like, this is a wonderful place to start.

Why You'll Love It
This coffee has earned its place in our lineup over the years. Brown sugar sweetness and lightly toasted almond notes give the cup plenty of character, while a medium body and mild acidity keep it smooth and approachable. It's an easy coffee to enjoy, but there's still plenty to appreciate as you get to know the cup. No wonder we've kept it around since the very beginning.
Brewing Recommendations
Colombia is excellent brewed in a drip coffee maker, pour-over, French press, or AeroPress. For the freshest flavor, we recommend grinding whole beans just before brewing. Its smooth body and balanced character make it an especially easy choice for everyday brewing.
