What is ACR's return policy? 

We take great pride in the craft coffee we roast and send you.  If there is a problem with your order please email us at coffee@addisoncoffee.com and we will do everything we can to make it right. 

What is your shipping policy? 

We roast Monday-Friday typically, so orders placed Friday-Sun may not be ready to ship until Monday or Tuesday the following week.  Orders placed Monday-Thursday are usually shipped within 24-36 hours. 

We use UPS or USPS to ship orders, and it generally takes 1-3 days to arrive. We very rarely have issues, but they do happen. We will do everything we can to remedy those issues for you. Understand that once the coffee leaves our facility, we have very little control.

Can I pick up locally?

YES! When you place an order and would like to pick it up, simply select the "Local Pick Up" option from your shipping options.  When your order is ready to be picked up we will update the status of your order.  Once your order is ready, please pick it up within seven business days.  We cannot store orders indefinitely because of limited space.

Local pick up orders WILL NOT be ready immediately.  We roast Monday-Friday typically, so orders placed Friday-Monday will not be ready until Monday or Tuesday the following week.  Orders placed Monday-Friday are normally ready on or before the following day.  If you are unsure of when your order will be ready, or if you haven't received a call or email by the time you would have expected, please email us at coffee@addisoncoffee.com

Can I walk in to buy coffee?

YES! Please understand we are dedicated to freshness. We hold small amounts of the most common coffees on hand, but these are available first-come-first-served. It's a delicate balance.

If we do not have the coffee you want roasted, we can direct you to a similar coffee we have available or you can place your order and come back at a later time to pick up. 

If your order is very large and custom, we may ask you to come back later to pick up. We are trying to serve all of our customers and stay on schedule. Placing a large, custom order in the middle of a work flow would not be fair to the previous customers expecting to receive their coffee.
