La Flor del Café Antigua is a beautifully balanced Guatemalan coffee grown by smallholder farms in the volcanic highlands of Antigua. Cultivated between 1,200 and 1,600 meters above sea level, these carefully selected Caturra and Catuai varieties thrive in rich soil, cool mountain air, and ideal growing conditions that bring exceptional depth and sweetness to the cup.
This washed coffee is 100% sun-dried and hand-sorted to preserve its clean character and refined complexity. In the cup, expect lively acidity layered with a heavy, velvety body and notes of fine chocolate, caramel, and smoky rum for a rich, memorable finish.
